Donate Your Taco from Taco Bell

Taco Bell Offers Free Tacos for America. In a promotion Taco Bell promised a FREE taco to everyone in America if a player steals a base in the 2008 MLB World Series. In Game One, Jason Bartlett of the Tampa Bay Rays did just that.		Why Donate Your Taco? Do we all really need a free taco? This is an opportunity to trade that taco in to help out others truly in need. This year Taco Bell decided to make a donation of $20,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs in the name of the player who steals the "free taco" base in the 2008 World Series. Valued at .91 cents each, we're hoping Taco Bell will add to that total by donating our tacos (and yours) to the cause.
Thanks for donating your taco. In 2007, more than 10,000 people donated their taco, with representation from all 50 states. This was a tremendous effort on so many levels and we could not have been any more pleased at the generosity of those willing to donate their taco for a good cause. Taco Bell declined to participate, but we declined to give up trying. In 2008, we've set the bar high, and are hoping to double our tally from 2007. C'mon...donate your taco...you know you want to.
